Family-run chain of hotels, Lindner Hotels and Resorts has announced a social media competition to promote their breakfast service, comprising of regional delicacies and fresh ingredients only. Winner for the competitions will get a full year of free breakfast at the hotel.
Lindner acknowledged the importance of breakfast, and took upon themselves to create variety in food option for their guests instead of a uniform menu across all properties. Furthermore, the hotel also decided to include regional produce and specialities to further enhance the experience of their guests.
Additionally, there are options for guests to make their own breakfast (using waffle and sandwich makers available on-site), with a wide selection of condiments, ranging from sweet to savoury. Requirements of vegetarian, vegan and lactose or gluten-free diet are also accounted for.
We all know how hotels are notorious for food wastage, and Lindner tackles the dilemma by freshly preparing items such as omelette and fried eggs, smaller buffets and mono portions of items like Quark and smoothies.
