Cherry Cross was recently invited for an exclusive dinner soiree at the award-winning White Orchid, JA Resorts & Hotels, where we feasted on culinary delights meticulously prepared by the Swedish Michelin star chef , Chef Stefan Karlsson.


Chef Stefan, who has won several awards in his home country including restaurateur of the year, prepared an exceptional seven-course set menu, which was paired with five different wines throughout the evening, encouraging us to find their perfect pairing and tantalise our taste buds. He infused culinary craftsmanship with Scandinavian-Asian cultural cuisine, and took us on a culinary journey filled with flavoursome and textured surprises.
