For Fall 2014, GUESS goes back to its roots, taking inspiration from the authentic American soul of Nashville, otherwise known as Music City. The advertising campaign features models Gigi Hadid, Bojana Ksrmanovic, Samantha Hoopes, Yara Khmidan, Silviu Tolu and Nick Fouquet photographed in the city where a musician’s dreams are made.
Guided by Paul Marciano, Creative Director for GUESS?, Inc., and shot by longtime collaborator, Ellen Von Unwerth, the Fall 2014 campaign captures the GUESS Girls and Guys embodying the spirit of Nashville while personifying the authenticity and heritage of the GUESS brand. The images follow sexy and adventurous GUESS Girls exploring Nashville as musicians on a quest for shopping, music and fun. Playful and free‐spirited poses are captured while they bring the viewer on this exciting journey through Nashville, letting the city bring them an experience filled with discovery and opportunity.
Where country meets rock n’ roll, the gorgeous GUESS Girls are seen strolling through town in a variety of denim‐focused looks, including high‐waist jeans paired with western‐inspired chambray button down shirts, classic denim pencil skirts and jackets mixed with modern styles embellished with studs and fringe. Dresses in romantic floral prints, satin and lace are mixed into the looks to beautifully complement the strong denim pieces. Laid‐back and carefree GUESS Guys are seen in true cowboy fashion exploring romance around the city in classic chambray shirts embellished with metallic collar tips paired with a graphic tees and leather jackets.
