    1. Its my bestie’s wedding in August, its a destination wedding in Bangkok. I want to loose three dress sizes till then so that I can surprise everyone by wearing a sari at the main function. Never wore one but excited to try.. I have a goal to accomplish and hopefully if I win this amazing giveaway, its going to help me big time.

    2. I wanna be more confident and i NEED to gain MORE stamina for the errands of work, home and personal stuff so I won’t be drained at the end of the day. So I get more energy the next busy day.

      • Ah…I can so relate to it! Other than losing weight, try adding high energy foods – like fruits, dry fruits, green veggies. Always stay hydrated and eat every 3 hours. I am recently on a regime and trust me, eating small potions every few hours will keep you up and running. All the best hun 🙂
