Yesterday I downloaded an app by caloriecount.com … It allows you to enter calories for all the food that you have, record water intake and physical activities you involve in.
Purpose: lose weight, duh.
Calories counting is a proven way of keeping a check on what you eat and lose weight, eventually.
Day 1 Analysis:
I EAT. A LOT. I ended up eating more calories than I need for maintenance, let alone lose weight. *moment of realization*
I need to add healthy option to my meals.
