The Addmind Group, along with franchisor BouBouffe International, have opened BouBouffe’s first Dubai branch, located in Aspin Tower on Sheikh Zayed road.
BouBouffe international’s founder and CEO, Michel Aramouni said, “After 40 years of success in the Lebanese market, I have finally decided, along with my partners in BouBouffe International Ralph Nader and Galal Mahmoud, to venture with BouBouffe outside the Lebanese borders”.
Established in Beirut’s charming Achrafieh district in 1976, BouBouffe is a Lebanese brasserie renowned for its addictively delicious home-cooked daily dishes, authentic flavours and charcoal grilled chawarma. A cozy and trendy community gathering spot, BouBouffe has earned a cult-like following in Lebanon.
The Addmind Group, which owns and operates some of the Middle East’s most commended venues including White Dubai, Iris Dubai, Mad on Yas Island, Indie DIFC, White Beirut and more, has partnered to bringing BouBouffe to the UAE
Open 24 hours, seven days a week, BouBouffe offers a full-fledged menu from breakfast to dinner, comprising authentic Lebanese home-style cuisine with selected international specialties. The new branch mimics the same intimate and warm interior of the original BouBouffe, transporting guests to the busy streets of Beirut.
Aside from the brands Dubai opening, UAE residents can look forward to four more BouBouffe branches opening within the next two years, a result of a Franchise Agreement signed be tween BouBouffe International and the Addmind Group.
Regional expansion is also in the cards. “We were eager to initially develop the BouBouffe brand in the UAE and found an ideal franchisee in the Addmind Group” said Ralph Nader, deputy CEO, BouBouffe International. “Our expansion strategy is to target the KSA region soon, followed by London in coming two years,” he said.
